led by: Lycanthropes – jackal (initial), bison (random), bear (due north), lion-eagle (north-central)

Wendigo (Ruler of the Omniterra tribe)

Followed by: Humans, beasts (mundane & exotic)

travel to coast; explore: need lumber, food, fresh water, healing and magic reagents

scout for reasonable boundaries to the town, scout for potential threats; the land is inhabited, just not by humans: “towns” “posts” “towers”

craft ships (amount of resources and efficient human hours lowers build time until the Omniterra invades)

a supply train doesn't reach its target

it is unsafe at night due to monsters prowling
